DigiExam at the SETT fair 2019
We visited the SETT fair 2019 and had the privilege to chat with several of our customers.
As always we received valuable feedback and also a lot of positive responses. For example, our Customer Success Manager, Gustaf Nilsson was given a flower as a thank you for a successful implementation and a solid platform for digital exams.
2019 was a historical year for the Swedish education system. It was the first time that parts of the National Exams for ages 16-18 had to be taken digitally. Due to this, an increased amount of teachers were more familiar with digital examinations and the possibilities and challenges that comes with them.
It was extra exciting to discuss digital examinations at the same time as the National Exams went live throughout the country. During these days DigiExam reached over 120 000 hand-ins in one week (worldwide), and we also broke the 3 000 000 hand-in barrier at the same time – a huge milestone for us as a company.
We also noticed a lot more comparison with our competitors. For the National Exams DigiExam were the only provider who could offer the possibility to play the USB containing mp3 files with the written instructions, provided by the Swedish National Agency of Education (Skolverket), into our lockdown environment. Furthermore, one of few platforms that had the ability to perform just as well offline as online, thus minimising the risk of lost exams due to network failure.
All in all there were three very positive days with a steady flow of mostly existing customers/users dropping by to share experiences and positive feedback from using DigiExam as their primary solution for both the National Exams as well as in their daily work. We received a great deal of valuable feedback to carry with us our strive for in future improvements!
Again a big thank you to all of you who visited us, and to all of you who are using our platform – it’s you who keeps us going!
