Hello U.K!

A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of opening up our third office, and in one of our favourite cities – London! So all of you new U.K visitors — here is a short presentation of DigiExam and what we do best.

It’s all about digital exams

As you may figured out from our name, we have a key focus — digital exams. DigiExam is a tool that allows students to write exams on their own devices. DigiExam locks the screen on the device, only allowing the exam to be written until the student choose to hand it in. Students experience the ease of writing on their own familiar device and are able to edit and rephrase easily. Teachers can share tests between each other, use their own question bank library to create exams and save up to 50% on grading time.

Why do we do this?

DigiExam started out with the students perspective in mind. Stockholm School of Economics students Johan and Nima experienced the frustration of having to use pen and paper on the most important part of the course. It didn’t make sense to us, since almost everything else is digital within education today. Together with a team of developers, DigiExam underwent years of testing and adjusting to teacher feedback. Three of Stockholms most prestigious schools started out using the tool. The rumour spred and DigiExam user schools grew rapidly. From starting out with three customers, twelve months later we counted over 400 schools. At that time, we realised this was going to move far quicker that expected. The DigiExam New York office opened in august 2015 to meet the increasing demand from Schools in Northern America.
