Johan and Nima stepped out of the exam room. Exhausted mentally and physically from hours of sharp concentration. - “There must be a way to at least minimize the writer's cramp and the huge frustration from writing exams with pen and paper, it makes no sense to write by hand when everything else we do goes digital. It would be so much easier and more efficient to answer the questions using a laptop.”
DigiExam was born, Johan and Nima set out to facilitate and help students to perform better and write exams digitally. Their own school was the first to endorse the company. It didn’t take long before they realized the potential of the product. And so did several other schools.
With the help of Stockholm School of Economics, and the Foundation Viktor Rydberg High Schools the product underwent years of technical testing and improving, adapting to teachers needs and workflow. In the summer of 2014, DigiExam finally launched its first product to the market.
DigiExam headed west. The first U.S. office opened in New York City, a vision and a dream had come true. The prestigious Hewitt School and Columbia University quickly saw the potential in the platform.
Starting with two pilot schools, DigiExam counts over 800 schools and universities as clients 2 years later.
Today, DigiExam has over +1600 clients in over 60 countries. Several hundred of thousand exams are expected to be written, driving the revolution of digital exams. We are just getting started...
